1 hang squat clean + 1 front squat + 1 push-jerk

Note: load over the sets

4 rounds for time:
400m row
30 reps every rounds*
1- box jumps over @ 30/24
2- kettlebell snatch @ 24/20* switch every 5 reps
3- wall-balls @ 20/14
4- handstand push-ups
