15-20 minutes to practice 1-2 movements of your choice:

Kipping-butterfly pull-ups / double-unders / muscle-ups / weightlifting / dips / etc

 

C] Wod
 

10 rounds for time:

3 clean & jerk @ 185/125
5 burpees box jumps over @ 30/24

*every 2 minutes —> 25 double-unders 
** starts with 25 double-unders
