Every minute on the minute for 16 (alternate style):

-3 deadlifts
-30 double-unders OR work on your MU.

Note: load over the sets. Practice for at least 40 sec.

2 rounds for time:

25 chest-to-bar pull-ups 
25 burpees
25 box jumps over @ 25/20
25 shoulder-to-overhead @ 135/95
