10 box jumps over *as fast as possible*
10 dumbell deadlift
6 dumbell hang clean
4 dumbell push-press

Note: load over the sets, UB for the dumbell part.

Amrap 15 minutes:

60 double-unders 
12 handstand push-up 
6 deadlifts @ 185/125
