In 15-20 minutes find your heaviest complex of:
3 hang power snatch + 3 overhead squat

 

C] Crossfit Open 17.3

 

For time:

3 rounds of 6 chest-to-bar pull-up / 6 squat snatch @ 95/65 then...
3 rounds of 7 chest-to-bar pull-up / 5 squat snatch @ 115/75 then...
3 rounds of 8 chest-to-bar pull-up / 4 squat snatch @ 135/95 then...
3 rounds of 9 chest-to-bar pull-up / 3 squat snatch @ 155/105

Note: ask the coach for the version RX. 20 minutes time cap
