min 2: max strict toes-to-bar/knees up in 45 sec
min 3: max jumping alternate lunges in 45 sec
min 4: 45 sec of ring plank

10 wall-ball @ 20/14
7 power snatch @ 115/75
6 burpees over bar
5 chest -to-bar pull-up or 2 bar muscle-up
