20 walking lunges @ heavy

 

Note: farmer walk style or front rack. No bar, kettlebell or dumbell

 

C] Wod

For time:

 

70 wall-ball @ 20/14

35 box jump over @ 24/20

15 sumo deadlift high pull @ 135/95
