5/5 dumbell power or squat snatch @ moderate, heavy

75 double-unders or 1min 30 practice

 

Note: try someting different for the movements you have issues

 

C] Wod

30-20-10 for time:

 

power clean @ 135/95

box jumps @ 30/24

waal-ball @ 20/14
