Deadlift & box jump

 

5 sets of 6 reps

5 sets of 15 box jumps 

 

Note: load over the sets and go as fast as you can on the box jump

 

C] Wod

For time:

 

100 / 75* push-up

200 squat

300 double-unders

 

* 75 reps for the women
