30 jumping alternate lunges

10 deadlifts @ 275/185

8 deadlifts @ 275/185

30 jumping alternate lunges

6 deadlifts @ 275/185

30 jumping alternate lunges

4 deadlifts @ 275/185

30 jumping alternate lunges
