5 sets of 8 reps (total)

 

Note: load over the sets. from ground or rack

 

C] Wod

For time:

 

50-40-30-20-10 air squat

 

25-20-15-10-5 push-up hand of ground

 

10-8-6-4-2 push-press @ 135/95

 

Note: 50 squat + 25 push-up + 10 push-press and so on...
