Note: scale the reps to succeed the emom

5 rounds for time:

 

25 toes-to-bar

50 double-unders

15 clean @ 135/95**

 

round 2 = 13 reps @ 155/105  

round 3 = 11 reps @ 185/125 

round 4 = 9 reps @ 205/145 

round 5 = 7 reps @ 225/155

 

Note: time cap 20 minutes. Power or squat for the clean
