1 squat clean +  3 front squats + 1 split jerk

 

Note: load over the sets

 

C] Wod

Amrap 15 minutes:

 

5 power clean @ 135/95

5 shoulder-to-overhead @ 135/95

1 rope climb

5 power clean @ 135/95

5 shoulder-to-overhead @ 135/95

2 rope climb

 

and so on... + 1 rope climb every 10 reps of the
