Every minute on the minute for 12:

 

min 1: 5-8 strict pull-ups

min 2: 5-8 deadlifts (it's your warm-up)

min 3: 15-20 hollow rocks

 

C] Wod

5 rounds for time:

 

400m run

3 deadlifts @ 275/185

2 rounds of cindy****

1 min rest

 

Note: **** It's not partitioned, you must do the 2 rounds like this : 10 pull-ups / 20 push-ups / 30 squats. Example: 400m run + 3 DL + 10 pull-ups + 20 push-ups + 30 squats + 1 min rest
