400m run relay style

2 rounds each of cindy at the same time

 

Note: cindy = 5 pull-ups 10 push-ups 15 air squats

 

C] Hero wod in team of two

Double DT 10 rounds for time:

 

12 deadlifts @ 155/105

9 hang power clean @ 155/105

6 shoulder-to-overhead @ 155/105
