Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes:

 

3 hang power snatch + 3 overhead squat

 

Note: load over the sets, but not too heavy, keep a good form

 

C] Wod

4 rounds for time:

 

200m run

30 double-unders

8 power snatch @ 115/75

200m row

30 double-unders

8 overhead squats @ 115/75
