Deadlift

 

every 90 seconds for 15 minutes:

 

3 deadlifts + 12 push-ups

 

Note: the work must be on the form of the lift and not for the heavier set

 

C] Wod

10 rounds for time:

 

3 thrusters @ 135/95

5 ring dips

10 box jumps @ 24/20
