every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes:

 

1 power snatch + 3 overhead squats

 

Note: build over the sets

 

 

C] Wod

Amrap 15 minutes:

 

1-2-3-4-5-6 and so on... of  power snatch @ 135/95

10 box jumps @ 24/20 after each round of power snatch
