B] Emom 90 seconds, for 15 minutes:

Clean complex

 

1 deadlift + 1 power clean + 1 push jerk

 

Note: build over the sets

 

 

C] Wod

Amrap 15 minutes:

 

5 ring dips

20 sit-ups

10 kettlebell snatch @ 24/20 ( 5 each arms )
