A] Warm-up

 

B] Strength

 

B1- Push-press: 5 sets of 5 reps

B2- 30 double-unders after each sets

 

Note: build over the sets for the push-press & take the time to practice the double-unders. 20 minutes. 

 

C] Wod

Amrap 15 minutes:

 

8 push-press @ 135/95

5 toes-to-bar

10 push-ups

15 air squats
