Clean complex

 

2 squat clean + 1 power clean

 

Note: build over the sets

 

C] Wod

5 rounds for time:

 

5 squat clean @ 155/105

10 burpees over bar

5 chest-to-bar pull-ups

 

1 min rest after each rounds
