Warm-Up / «D.R.O.M.»

 

B] Emom 90 sec, for 15 minutes:

Clean complex

1 hang power clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 split jerk

 

Note: load over the sets. 

 

C] 4 rounds for time:

12 thrusters @ 135/95

18 burpees over bar

 

1 minute rest between round
