B] Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes

Snatch complex

1 power snatch+1 squat snatch

 

 

 

C] For time:

 

3 rounds of:

8 burpees over bar

12 overhead squats @ 75/55

 

then 800m run

 

redo the 3 rounds.
