Snatch complex

1 power snatch + 2 hang power snatch

 

Note: build over the sets

 

 

C] Amrap 15 minutes:

5 push-ups

5 deadlift @ 185/135

5 ring dips

 

Note: each successfull rounds, add 5 reps
