5 power snatch @ 75/55

5 chin-ups stricts

5 jumping squats

 

Note: Work on efficiency 

 

C] 2 rounds for time of:

60 box jumps @ 24/20

30 power snatch @ 115/75

 

Time cap: 20 minutes
