Five sets of: Power snatch x 1.1.1 (rest 10 seconds between singles)

 

Note: Rest 2-3 minutes. Build over the course of the five sets to today’s heavy triple.

C] Amrap 15 minutes of:

12 front squat @ 115/75

8 toes-to-bar

12 box jumps @ 24/20

8 burpees
