2 minutes to practice Hand stand walk

2 minutes to accumulate max time of Pull-up hold (chin over bar)

1 minute rest

 

Note: Scale option for the hand stand walk: Shoulder tap on wall or wall-climb.

 

C] Amrap for 15 minutes:

 15 deadlift @135/95

3 rounds of: 7 ring dips, 10 air squats

15 deadlift @155/105

3 rounds of: 7 ring dips, 10 air squats

15 deadlift @185/125

3 rounds of: 7 ring dips, 10 air squats

15 deadlift @205/135

3 rounds of: 7 ring dips, 10 air squats

15 deadlift @225/155

3 rounds of: 7

ring dips, 10 air squats
