A] 10 - 15 Minutes of :

Warm-Up / «D.R.O.M.»

 

B] « 10 Seconds to Hogmanay »

 

10 Rounds for time of :

 

1 Clean + 1 Front Squat @ Bodyweight

 

PROTOCOL :

 

  • Add one set of Clean and Front Squat each successive round until 10 rounds.

    • 1st Round = 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat

    • 2nd Round = 2 X 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat

    • 3rd Round = 3 X 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat

    • 4th Round = so on......

  • The «Clean» can be perform as Power or Squat.

  • After each rounds perform :

    • 31 Double-Unders

    • 12 Kettlebell Swings @ 24/20

    • 14 Calories Row

  • TIME CAP : 50 Minutes.
