Front Squats

 

PROTOCOL 

  • Use same challenging load for all 5 sets. Make sure to have appropriate ramp-up.

  • TIME CAP : 20 Minutes

 

C] 30 Rounds for time of :

Combo

Clusters / Burpee-Box Jumps over (B.B.J.O.) 

 

2 Clusters @ 135/95

2 Burpee - Box Jump Over @ 24/20

 

PROTOCOL 

  • Perform the two clusters. Then a B.B.J.O. to get from one side of the box, then another B.B.J.O. back to the other side where the bar is located. This is one round !
