1 Power Clean @ 135/95

1 Front Squat @ 135/95

1 Push-Pres @ 135/95

1 Back Squat @ 135/95

1 Push-Press @ 135/95

 

PROTOCOL :

  • When break = 200M Row.

  • Is considered «broken» when the bar is placed on the floor .

  • You can rest with the bar on shoulders (Front or Back rack) or in the hip crease.
